If consumers aren't treated as the number 1 top priority, a business could lose that service to someone else that would give them the experience they are looking for and deserve. |
Our task is to hire consumer reviewers aka Assurance callers that are willing to call certain business exclusively to rate their customer service professionalism.
Your job is simply required to pay attention to detail of the call your on and take some basic notes. Such as: *Were they kind? *Did they rush you off the phone? *What was the agents name you spoke to? ( if given) *Were they knowledgeable about their services? *How long did your call last etc... |
The form below is basic registration process needed to contact you for future assignments via email or text.
If selected, Calls will begin on any day of the week and possibly weekends. When you are selected to begin assurance calls, a email or text will go out to the information contact you provided notifying you on what time to call, what company to call, and what the call is about.If you fail to use accurate contact information, then you have failed to get assignments which ultimately effects you from being paid. Most calls will be similar in nature of what to say each time on all the calls. But before ''ANY'' paid calls, you will need to be screened on some test calls in order to be fully qualified to make many more calls.
-Screening Process-
Each call will vary in price. So calls will be ( but not limited to)
$2.50 - $5.00 per call EACH TIME, EACH CALL! Sometimes a lot more. ( after testing)
Each month will be a Raffle of a selected prize winner on great performance of $100+ aside from basic assignment pay.
So its imperative that all agents conduct a Honest, professional manner when calling our assigned clients.
RULES YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW BEFORE AGREEING TO BE APART OF OUR COMPANY:
1.) You are 1st and Far most an "Assurance Caller" and you are only calling in to secretly & Discretely rate the customer service of companies habits, professionalism, and documenting any information that we instruct you to obtain.
2.) Must be in non-noisy environment when placing calls.
3.)NEVER say on a call your part of any test call, mystery program or your calling in to rate them. THAT IS A IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT DISQUALIFICATION WHICH WILL GET YOU BANNED AND UNPAID. Just be natural like a real caller would call in for service or business.
4.) Always be kind and courteous to any agent you are speaking to during your call assignment even if they come off to be pushy.
